What Is It: B-Nox has had several versions and with each version, Betancourt makes it better. This is the newest version of the product and so far people are loving it. Oh yeah, B-Nox always has a test booster in it to make strength gains, unlike any other pre-workout.

It is one of the best known pre-workouts and another case of the pre-workout maybe being more memorable and better known that the brand. I am now a bit more discerning with my pre-workouts and i wouldn't by this because of the blends and lack of detailed disclosure of ingredients and doses but i used this before i reached that level and I have to say the stuff was great! It stuck with me as being a great pre for physical energy

Powerful pre workout

This is a brilliant and extremely powerful pre workout. I loved using this for many reasons. Firstly it comes in a pretty large range of options for great tasting flavours which mix well. It's really good value at less than £30 and it will really last you a while too. I don't take it daily but love to take it when I have a really heavy session lined up and it helps me to really smash the workout and feel great too.

This is an awesome pre-workout for those looking to push their workout to the next level. The berry flavour is amazing, and is quite refreshing, I’ve tried many pre-workouts and this tastes better than some of the other market leading supplements out there.

The ingredients are clearly marked on the tub itself. The levels of the ingredients haven’t been compromised and has everything you need for an explosive workout.

This doesn’t make me feel jittery or sick like other pre-workouts I’ve previously tried and there’s no ‘come down’ so you don’t feel grim when you’ve finished working out!

Mixes well also without separating or powder settling at the bottom of your shaker.

This was one of the first pre-workouts I ever tried and I will always remember it fondly - i have tried it since and realised it is more for pumps and nitrix oxide stimulation than energy but that could be because my caffeine tolerance has changed haha. This is a really good pre-workout if you want to feel the blood pump into your trained muscles and feel as vascular as you can. It tastes good and I'll always have fond memories of it too because it helped me through most of my first workouts.

This is a balanced pre workout based supplement that i feel works well to provide a decent improvement in energy levels, focus and muscle pumps to improve the quality of a range of weight based workouts and cardio sessions, i like to save caffeine based pre workouts like this for my recomping or intense fat loss based dieting phases due to them working well to provide me with a boost to get through some of my intense heavy leg and back based workouts, this product has worked well to allow for me to maintain decent levels of intensity throughout a recent leg workout involving a mix of deadlifts, back squats, hack squats and leg press to be able to use my usual maximum working weights and even be able to perform an extra 2 reps with my maximum deadlift weight which is feel makes this a very effective supplement that is suitable for use during any mass gaining phase to support an improvement in energy and strength levels. This supplement does include some carbohydrates from the maltodextrin which i feel works great to provide me with an improvement in energy and endurance levels when training in a fasted state, the included carbohydrates also work great in combination with the taurine to provide an improvement in my muscle fullness which makes this great for consumption prior to a range of upper body based workouts. I find this to be one of the better more complete pre workout supplements that is ideal for use during my higher carbohydrate based recomping or mass gaining based dieting phases, this works great when consumed on its own but for more of a boost in energy levels i recommend taking this in combination with a fast acting carbohydrate supplement such as Karbolyn or GlycoFuse which are two of the best carbohydrate based supplements that i have used to provide a major improvement in my energy levels when used prior to or even during a range of my intense workouts. This supplement mixes quite easily with water and tastes quite nice in the Strawberry Lemonade flavour that i have recently tried which makes this easy to keep drinking as a main pre workout based supplement.
