Where is AMD Radeon software located?

Hello friends, I recently upgraded to WIndows 10 from WIndows 7 via upgrade program. I would like to control the fan speed and clocking for the radeon card(R9 280X 3gb black edition) in windows 10. In windows 7 I had this software which was installed along with graphics card driver. Now I have the graphics card driver from ATI, but the control software is missing. It had
options like Global Overdrive, where I could manage it. Now the only software I have is AMD gaming evolved. Any ideas where is that software gone or how can I reinstall it? Thank you.

In start type cnext.exe, this is Crimson. Not sure why it isnt being added to notifications or desktop right click. You can ask it to auto start with Windows by right clicking the start button > run > type shell:startup > drop and drag cnext from the start menu to this folder. It seems to be a bug in the software, maybe report it to AMD when you load Crimson
using the Report Problem link. this might help: https://community.amd.com/thread/192530 Jun 12, 2015 61,086 5,177 166,290 10,449
If you have the crimson drivers, global overdrive is on the gaming tab under global settings.

http://www.anandtech.com/show/9811/amd-crimson-driver-overview/4 I don't have the software so its hard to be specific and finding instructions is proving to be interesting. At
least second link has the same screen shot as you showed, so its right software.

The picture you showed is the AMD Gaming evolved (Raptr) app, you should be looking for AMD Radeon Settings instead, its a different program. they are all included in the driver software package.

Exactly, it is not there, that's the whole point of this question... Cannot find the software, I know it's not this software, you posted about crimson version, so I posted
this screenshot which says I have crimson.

right click start, select run should be able to find it in start/all apps under AMD, shouldn't need to search on C drive, but it would be in C:/Program Files (x86)/AMD otherwise.

have tried both Program files and Program FIles(X86).

I'm having the same problem. How did you solve this, if I might ask, kernel freak?
I'm not sure if you still have this problem, but on Windows 10 Home, it's located in C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext. The file is called "RadeonSettings.exe"
