Book Now! Here’s the list of concerts and music festivals ready to take off in 2022 and beyond.

We still can’t believe that the live music drought has ended. After more than two years, the live entertainment scene in Thailand is back in full force, and is seeing a long list of local and international acts performing in the capital.

Take a look at all the big names that have announced gigs in Bangkok. Your pockets will be left lighter but you’ll be all the more happier for it.

Concerts

Alec Benjamin

Alec Banjamin, the American singer/songwriter whose hit songs include "Let Me Down Slowly" and "If We Have Each Other", is set to perform in Bangkok for the very first time at KBank Siam Pic-Ganesha Theatre on December 6.

Benjamin's The (Un)Commentary Tour is the artist's major world tour to promote his second album of the same name released back in April.

Tickets start from B2,200 and will be on sale from August 31 for the pre-sale round and from September 2 via Live Nation.

BLACKPINK

The global K-Pop phenomenon has announced the dates for their upcoming worldwide show, Born Pink World Tour. Set to take off this October in Seoul and many more cities in the US and Europe, the tour will also make a stop right in Bangkok for two dates on January 7 and 8 in 2023.

Clinton Kane

Australian pop singer-songwriter Clinton Kane is heading to the Thai capital for the first time as part of his Maybe Someday It’ll All Be Ok world tour. 

The 23-year-old became a musical sensation with hit singles, “Guess I’m in Love” and “Chicken Tendies”, which both cracked the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. He then went on to build his name with a collaboration with Martin Garrix on “Drown”, and recently dropped his first album in July 2022. He will be serenading the audience with his deep vocals and emotionally-charged tunes at Lido Connect on November 29.

Tickets are priced at B2,200 and are now on sale via Thaiticketmajor.

DPR

South Korean hip-hop collective DPR will land in the Thai capital on December 2 for the Bangkok leg of their DPR Regime Tour at Union Hall.

DPR (Dream Perfect Regime) is composed of Hong Da-bin, who goes by the name DPR Live; Christian Yu or DPR Ian; and Kim Kyung-mo aka DPR Cream. Each of these musical talents bring their own brand of rap to the collective, and will be taking turns rocking out the stage in Bangkok.

Tickets are priced at B1,800 and B2,400, and are now on sale via Ticketmelon.

Guns N' Roses

American rock legend Guns N’ Roses are announced to open a massive-size live performance on November 9 at Thunder Dome.

Tickets are available for both free-standing (priced at B5,500 and B7,000) and reserved seating (priced at B4,000, B5,000, B6,000, and B6,500) and will be on sale via Ticketmelon from July 28 onwards.

ITZY

South Korean girl group ITZY is set to embark on its inaugural world tour later this year. The quintet will start off its tour in Southeast Asia, and Bangkok has been announced as one of the stops, set for April 8 at the Thunder Dome.

Consisting of members Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna, ITZY is known for its hard-hitting girl crush rap hits like “ICY”, “WANNABE”, and latest single “SNEAKERS” from the CHECKMATE mini album.

Jack White

2022 has been a busy year for the White Stripes legend. The god-like guitarist is set for a show in Bangkok for his Supply Chain Issues world tour in support of two recently released solo LPs: Fear of the Dawn and Entering Heaven Alive.

The Bangkok leg of his tour is scheduled for November 12 at CentralWorld Live.

Tickets start at B1,400 and are now on sale via Thaiticketmajor.

Jackson Wang

Have you had enough of the Magic Man? If not, then get ready to scream at the top of your lungs as Hong Kong superstar Jackson Wang takes the stage for two days on November 26 and 27 at Impact Arena.

After visiting Thailand and generating a series of hype over multiple appearances on local variety shows, the GOT7 member is coming back to promote his sophomore album Magic Man. Bangkok will be Wang’s first stop in Asia.

Tickets are still available for the newly added date on November 25 via Thaitickmajor.

Jacob Collier

English musician/multi-instrumentalist Jacob Collier will perform in a solo show at Moonstar Studio.

Tickets for Jacob Collier’s Djesse World Tour 2022 in Bangkok are priced at B2,200, and will be on sale via Ticketmelon from August 5.

Jeff Bernat

After rapidly selling out his first show in Bangkok in 2020, Filipino-American musician Jeff Bernat is coming back for another show on January 29, 2023.

Organized by VERY LIVE, the Jeff Bernat Live in Bangkok 2023 show will take place at Thunder Dome. Expect the 32-year-old crooner to showcase sugary-sweet hits like "Call You Mine" from blockbuster K-series You Are My Destiny, “Dream Team” from Oscar-winning film Birdman, and many more.

Tickets are priced at B2,600 and are now on sale via Ticketmelon.

Justin Bieber (Postponed indefinitely)

The pop superstar is heading back to Bangkok for his Justice World Tour on 6 November at Rajamangala Stadium.

Tickets are sold out.

LANY

Get ready to sing anthems of the broken-hearted at the top of your lungs. American alternative pop band LANY is set to return to Bangkok, performing at Impact Arena on November 3.

Maroon 5

Maroon 5 is the latest band to announce its plans to visit the Thai capital on December 10 for their biggest ever show at Rajamangala Stadium.

Ticket info has not been announced.

PREP

Beloved British indie band PREP is finally doing a show in Bangkok for two dates on November 11 and 12 at Union Hall.

The four-membered band was set to debut a live performance in the Thai capital two years ago, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Tickets (B1,300 and B1,800) are on sale now via Ticketmelon.

Stray Kids

Eight-member boy group Stray Kids is heading to Bangkok next year! Mark your calendar because the “God’s Menu” hitmakers will be firing up the Impact Arena for, not one but two, nights in February (1 and 2) as part of its MANIAC World Tour.

Stray Kids started off in the K-Pop scene in 2017 under JYP Entertainment, but only broke into mainstream popularity when they competed in survival show Kingdom: Legendary War in 2021 with other boy groups, namely BTOB, IKON, SF9, ATEEZ, and THE BOYZ.

Tickets start from B2,500. Pre-selling will go on November 3 while general sales will be on 4 November onwards via Live Nation.

The 1975

The alt-pop band from Manchester is set to bring their At Their Best tour to Thailand on April 4, 2023 at Impact Arena.

Brought to you by up-and-coming live music organizer Mangosteenfest, the upcoming show is a highly anticipated one for The 1975's fans after the band has returned to the global music scene with the release of their fifth album Being Funny in a Foreign Language.

Tickets will be on sale via Ticketmelon from November 2 onwards, with the price ranging from B2,500 to B6,500.

Big Mountain Music Festival

Big Mountain Music Festival

Claimed to be Thailand’s biggest music festival, Big Mountain will have its 12th run at a new location—The Ocean in Khao Yai—on 10 and 11 December. Details are still vague but it will definitely be one of the most exciting year-end highlights in the country.

Maho Rasop Festival

Possibly Thailand’s most diverse festival, Maho Rasop returns for two days on November19 and 20. Information regarding the line-up and location have yet to be announced.

Rimpha Music Festival

Rimpha Music Festival

Khao Yai’s Rimpha Music festival is set to return on July 23 with a grand line-up of over 20 acts, including legendary bands like Sillyfools and Cocktail.

River Fest

River Fest is making its grand debut at riverside campsite Chuen Ruedee Land in Kanchanaburi between November 12 and 13 with a promising line-up of both Thai and international musical acts.

For its very first edition, the festival will feature Korean superstars Eric Nam and Sam Kim as its headliners. But to amp up the excitement, the organizers have booked Australian heartthrob Ruel to perform. 

Emerging Thai artists, such as LANDOKMAI and Primprao, and Thai legendary rock band Slot Machine will also make an appearance.

Tickets for River Fest are priced at B1,800 for a one-day pass and B3,400 for a two-day pass. Get yours now via Thaiticketmajor.

Siam Music Festival

NYLON Thailand is bringing back the Siam Music Festival to Siam Square on December 17 and 18 . A favorite destination of the city’s teens, Siam Square boasts a new look after a massive renovation, and now has more space to accommodate six stages and over 50 artists.

The festival is free of charge.

VERY Festival

It’s officially back! One of Bangkok’s most popular music festivals will take place on November 26 and 27 at the Thunder Dome. Already announced as part of the line-up are keshi, boy pablo, ADOY, joan, Phum Viphurit, HYBS, Numcha, and Rocketman. The two-day festival will also see four international headliners, who will be revealed soon.

Wonderfruit

Thailand’s lifestyle-oriented music festival is set to return on 15 to 18 December at The Fields at Siam Country Club. The organizers haven’t revealed who’s performing, nor have they divulged ticket info, but best to get your hippie garb ready now.

808 Festival

The EDM drought is finally over as 808 Festival is making a return to Thailand from December 9 to 11 at its new location at BITEC Bangna.

The dance music festival is set to take off for its 2022 edition with a promising line-up of globally acclaimed artists, DJs, and producers, including Hardwell, DJ Snake, Armin Van Buuren, and Zedd.
