Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist w/ Pedestrian, Cyclist, & Junction Turning Detection
The available system is designed to help detect a potential collision and automatically apply the brakes in a variety of circumstances, including when turning through an intersection or sharing the road with cyclists and pedestrians.1
Lane Keeping Assist & Lane Following Assist
The standard Lane Keeping Assist system is designed to monitor the lane markers on the road with a front view camera on the windshield. While standard Lane Following Assist may provide steering inputs to help keep your vehicle centered in its lane.2
Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist
If you try to change lanes while an object is detected in your blind spot, the available system helps maintain your previous course by applying the brakes to the outer wheel to help return the vehicle to its lane.3
Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist
Using radar sensors hidden in the corners of the rear bumper, the standard system scans for passing cars, motorcycles, and/or other vehicles as you back up. If the system detects a vehicle or pedestrian when backing out of a parking spot, the system alerts the driver and applies the brakes.4
