Beautiful camera quality at 16 mp back camera and front facing camera at 5mp just upgraded from the galaxy s5 and very well worth it. The resolution is amazing. The sound. Wow. It's great very loud. Only complaint is that I have small hands so the phone is kinda big for me a bit slippery in the hands. It's smooth very fast. Battery life not so great in just a few minutes it goes down about 5% i think in maybe about a month or so i'll do another review sharing my full experience with the phone. New review! So ive had this phone for about 3 weeks or so.and im in love with it! The camera and sound are amazing the sound is very loud and nice . The battery life is actually pretty good. A few tips to make your battery last longer would be to only charge your phone when it geta to 10% dont chrage it at 40% wait till it gets to 10% try not too over charge it and also dont use it while your charging it because you are just straining the battery. With the fast charge cable in about 30-40 mins its charged. Fast, crystal clear display, easy to use interface. I came from an iPhone 4s a few years ago and moved to the HTC One, which I liked at first but slowly realized how many problems I had with it. It was a great phone, but it was fairly slow, the camera sucked, and the interface was pretty terrible (I had a hard time learning it as a former iPhone user). I almost switched back to iPhone, but then I considered this Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. I pulled the trigger and bought it on amazon (needed this version so I could use it on Cricket). This phone has not stopped amazing me since I got it. The display is big and sharp and crystal clear, the photos are in stunning detail and come out beautiful every time, the phone is incredibly fast, and the interface is really easy to use (which could have more to do with android updates than htc vs samsung, but idk). The edges are not very useful, I like being able to read the clock on it at night instead of having to pick up the phone to view the time, but other than that they are more of a gimmick, but they do look cool so I still count them as a plus. The fit and finish of the phone is excellent. Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2015 I have waited a long time to get my hands on my very own smartphone although I bought my wife an iphone earlier. Samsung has come a long way from its plastic bodies flagship and the finish and quality of material used is at par with the best in offer today. This is my first Android but the reason for buy the larger version if the edge is the beautiful screen and its 4GB RAM coupled with quick charge facility. The screen is immersive and the camera is a delight, the ergonomics are good but the thin edge makes it difficult to hold with confidence but a genuine leather case(iCARER) made it easier for me. Remember, this phone is not for single handed use mostly so try it out in a brick and mortar store before deciding to buy this beast. Now, as far as the performance goes, I am disappointed with the efficiency of RAM usage by android, out of 4GB RAM 3GB is normally in use which makes me wonder how the regular s6 edge uses its RAM and what makes it increase in the s6 edge plus. There are great features on this phone that you keep exploring but to access all of that uses a lot of RAM which is inefficiency that I see in Android platform. When you compare that to iOS it only had 1GB RAM until 6S was released but the OS was solid and the battery usage and application performance was impressive. I wish people at Andriod can learn something on efficient usage of RAM from Apple. And the most important thing for people who are buying the international version, you do not have access to install and use Samsung Pay which is one of the main reason I bought this phone. Samsung Pay is only available in versions specific for US and Korean market which are sold through the carriers(priced higher). I hope Samsung releases Samsung Pay for International versions used in US/Korea pretty soon but until then that feature is turned off for this version of Samsung Flagship. 2 people found this helpful Report Reviewed in the United States on March 31, 2016 Simply an amazing phone, or should I say microcomputer... The smartphones of today are no longer just a communication device, they are legitimately computers. This thing is so powerful it outperforms a couple of the computers in my house when going on the web. I'm blown away by it! After having it for three months I've gotten use to the incredible pictures and video it takes, but other people haven't! I can't tell you how many times that I whip out this phone to show someone something and they say, "man, that's a beautiful picture..." It reminds me of what I thought when I first saw my nephew's phone (he has the smaller S6 Edge) and I remember why they are reacting that way. That's when I tell them that I'm only on the 1280x720 setting and that the maximum setting is 3840x2160, which is four more steps up. I could go on but this review is getting longer than I originally intended... Lastly, the new S7 is cool, but I think I'll wait and see if they make a plus version or maybe even wait for the S8. After all, the S8's will be here before you know it, one year max! Until then, the S6 Edge Plus is still a head-turner... Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2016 I had to return this as it didn't come with everything that was shown in the picture. (Amazon service was A+ as always). I purchased the same phone elsewhere and just love it. It's a beautiful phone and a breeze to use. I think I prefer the Google voice app over the S app, but both are good and come with the phone. (Admittedly the Siri voice is better sounding.) LOL. This is a high end, beautiful luxury phone. Expensive , but that shouldn't be a surprise. I am truly enjoying my phone and have had many people ask about it. Over and over I hear "Gorgeous phone!". "Just beautiful". Oh yeah....I've already dropped it three times. Not a mark on it and no cracked glass!!!! Right now my lovely phone is going commando. It's been two weeks and not a mark on it. The fast charger is so great. You can't believe how fast it works.
