College football rankings 2023 top 25

There is an entire summer and then an actual football season to go before the early signing period for the 2023 college football recruiting cycle opens, but the foundation for each class nationwide has long been put down.

Traditional powers Notre Dame and USC are thriving after hiring new head coaches this offseason. Plenty of SEC teams are understandably in the top 10 as well — whether recent national champions Georgia and Alabama or a power trying to return to glory such as Tennessee.
