The Razer DeathAdder Elite preserves the same comfortable and ergonomic design that we know and love, with a few improvements inside and out, most importantly endurance. While it's billed as a gaming mouse, its simple, effective design makes it suitable for any type of user.

While the Deathadder Elite is a more visually subdued peripheral, it makes up for it with its top tier sensor and good switches.

If you’re exclusively into MMOs or FPSes you may want to consider opting for a genre-specific mouse, but the Elite is one of the best mice out there for any other type of gamer. Razer’s DeathAdder line is universally lauded for a reason, and this latest iteration does nothing but bolster that reputation.

10 years is plenty of time to perfect a product that was born pretty close to perfect anyway. it’s hard to think of other improvements (apart from sensor upgrades) they can make while retaining its sane price point. For that, it remains (and deserves to be) one of the most efficient, versatile and comfortable gaming mice the market has to offer.

Razer DeathAdder Elite has simply become my most favourite gaming mouse to date and will still be in the months to come. Its sensor is really accurate (goes to where I want my cursor to be), has a lightweight design, comfortable to hold and use for hours, and simply has the best feel when I game.

With the technology tied up in the DeathAdder Elite and the 16,000 DPI sensor and 16.8 million colors and all the positive features, we award the Razer DeathAdder with the Bjorn3D Silver Bear Award for great technology, but deny it Gold for falling short in the versatility arena.

The DeathAdder Elite is such a damn pleasure to use. It makes me want to play games even more than I already do. I’ve seen an absolute bump in my performance since starting to play with it, and that alone has made it worth the investment. I would also suggest picking up the Gigantus mouse pad to go along with it to get the most from the Elite.

You've been playing DOTA2, LOL, or HOTS, and you're getting better, when suddenly it feels like you've hit a wall. You're always just a little bit late with your abilities, and you always seem to miss your skill shots. You think to yourself “maybe if I...

There’s a reason why the Razer DeathAdder line of mice have been so popular over the years and the latest updates to the DeathAdder Elite make it even more refined than before so if you’ve been wanting to pick up a mouse from one of the biggest names in gaming, this may just be the one to get.

But cheaper in the context of gaming mice is about $10 or $20, which is not a great deal for a product you're going to use ideally for years on end. And so I come back to the same point. If you're not sure of what to get, and just want something that will feel good to use day in and day out - the Elite is a solid choice.

With the Deathadder Elite, Razer comes in at a bit of a disadvantage because most of the Deathadders in the past have been good, so the expectation is that it continues being a good mouse. Because I know things like the shape are good, I spent more...
