I cannot use the "preview" function for attachments in my Outlook account. It does work for Safari. Opening the downloads is no problem. Thet latest Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed. I'm a Mac-user.

Hi, what does the Preview normally show you? Does it vary based on the type of attachment, such as image, PDF, DOC file, etc.?

Firefox 52 and later no longer embed the Adobe Acrobat plugin. You can use Firefox's built-in viewer for PDFs. On the Preferences page, Applications section, that is denoted as "Preview in Firefox." See: View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer.
