Everything about the service Water Extraction Experts provided was exceptional. All of the employees were professional, always on-time, sympathetic and understanding, and they worked hard. They took care of the mold and water issues as quickly as possible, and returned my home to a condition that was actually better than the original molding/paint job. I was also very pleased that they consistently contacted the day prior to any service calls and then always contacted me the day of service with a time of expected arrival. I have never used a contractor that was so consistently professional, prompt, and hard working.

Mold Removal Relief

No one wants to deal with the discovery of a mold problem, especially in the midst of trying to sell a home, but working with Water Extraction Experts immediately put us at ease in their care of our remediation. From start-to-finish, their highly skilled professionalism, efficiency and outstanding customer service were consistently provided. First off, they were extremely responsive in providing a timely quote. And when the work started, Matt and Chris communicated with us at every turn, setting our expectations and following up periodically throughout the 4-day process. The team took great care in dismantling fixtures and cabinets as needed for minimal disruption … we greatly appreciated the courtesy and respect in dealing with this older home. Thank you also to Carla and Teresa for making us feel like valued customers. I highly recommend WEE to anyone in need of experienced, reliable and trustworthy mold removal services.

I'm so impressed with this company. Water Extraction Experts removed mold caused by a refrigerator water leak. Every employee who came to our house regardless of their job was competent, respectful, helpful and friendly. They minimized as much as possible the impact of the containment area on our use of the rest of the kitchen. I am especially grateful for the care with which they handled our solid wood cabinets throughout removing and resetting them. Also, for not getting paint on anything paint wasn't supposed to be on! (I’d name you all but I don’t want to leave anyone out!) Their cabinet maker did a fantastic job of recreating a floor to ceiling panel and matching the finish. The estimate was comprehensive and clear and communication throughout the process could not be better. Start to finish, very professional - I’d give them SIX stars if I could. In fact, we’re having them return in a couple weeks to tackle another mold issue.

I was feeling stressed by the prospect of getting mold remediation done when I reached out, and I felt supported by Matt and the entire team as they worked through the process with us. I really appreciated that they did an initial quote and inspection, then were happy to work with us as we decided what project scope we wanted to commit to. Thank you for all your hard work, and the beautiful job you did making my home safe again! I would definitely recommend this team, and I will reach out to them again in the future if I need any other services.

Very Professional

Water Extraction Experts handled the mold remediation, repair, and restoration of my walk-in pantry which was damaged by a frozen and busted water line. Every member of the team was exceptionally professional, courteous, and personable. Each step of the process was clearly communicated and the effort unfolded exactly as was described. The cost estimates at the beginning were very good and tracked very closely with the final invoice. The Water Extraction team went above and beyond to ensure that they coordinated well with my schedule and made efforts to make the process as easy as possible for me. The local adjuster for USAA knew the WEE team well and told me that their work was top notch. With transparency and integrity, Matt, Andy, and the rest of the team truly work hard to provide professional service and good quality results. If I have any major water damage in the future, I'll immediately call Water Extraction Experts.

While there is so much to say, they made a nightmare process - finding a leak growing mold in the bedroom closet - a seamless, quick and respectful end to end process. When we discovered wetness and mold in the corner of our guest room closet, we suspected the water had come from the shower of the adjacent guest bathroom. Water Extraction Experts were the first to respond to our urgent request for help. Using sophisticated equipment, they made a thorough evaluation that tentatively confirmed our suspicions that water from the shower spray had seeped between the old shower tiles and built up in the wall behind them. A detailed quote was submitted within hours. A containment area was established to prevent the spread of mold spores, and work was promptly begun to remove the water and damaged materials and begin mold remediation. Every member of the team was responsive to our needs. They arrived at the designated time everyday and worked with the utmost professionalism. They were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. Thank you Matt and your entire team.

Fantastic! We needed our large kitchen island repaired and restored from water and mold damage. From start to finish, estimate to paint, Matt and his entire crew were professional in every way. They arrived on time every time. We received constant communication check-ins to make sure things were going smoothly. We were informed and consulted about every step. In the event of the inevitable setbacks, Matt and his crew (especially Chris) responded and adjusted and returned and fixed and kept at it until it was perfect by my wife's exacting standards. We all need to support local, home-grown companies when they deserve it. WEE absolutely deserves it. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough.

Where do I start. From the time I called them after looking for someone to remove quite a bunch of mold from my office, room closet. The most important part for me was for the Water Extraction Experts (WEE) was to come out and see the severe damage. Well Matt and team had an immediate plan, and it was laid out in full. When, I said "yes" I was guided from day one, until the end. The team came in and did their job well, and as clean as one could be. Also, they worked and were never in my way, they just kept going forward. The most polite people to work with and talk to. But as I said, I knew the process everyday, and when I had to leave for a doctor's appointment, they had an outside lock box for me to come back in."GREAT JOB"!!! Since, I am severely handicapped, and on a fixed income. I was afraid of ever following through, because I was afraid of the price I would be given, which I dreaded. THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM HERE. The job that was done, seems to me that it was twice the value than they charged me. Excellent, high end materials and craftsmanship. From when they started until now seeing the final product is amazing. Being on oxygen 24/7 and seeing the completed job, just fills my heart with joy!!! "The value of work performed looks comparable to a job that would have cost us double." The job was considerably big, and the quality, fit, and finish, was mind-blowing. Respectfully, Carlos.

We discovered a slow leak behind our dishwasher that required taking apart half of our kitchen. Water Extraction Experts took care of all the teardown, cleaning, testing, and reconstruction, installed new cabinets exactly matching the originals, laid new tile countertops, and left the kitchen looking better than ever. They were extremely responsive and communicative through the whole project and went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend their services for water damage and mold remediation.
