I didn't give it a five-star rating because the phone did not work, I had to unplug the line from the
phone and plug it back every time I wanted to use it and when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they did not offer to come and fix it. The walls are rather thin and you hear the conversations of the people next door, plus you hear the television through the wall until the early hours of the morning. The fan in the bathroom comes on when you turn the light on and it's rather loud. The toilet is for a child and not an adult, and is rather small. The toilet paper holder ejects the

I’m @ The Mulberry everyday & didn’t know we had these kinds of issues. We have soft pillows & firm pillows. I apologize we didn’t make you aware of that @ check in. The
phones are being replaced. Some seem to have problems. When repair man comes they work perfectly. It’s hard to fix a problem that we can’t get to happen consistently. I hate that you found the fan to be loud. With over 400 reviews you might be the first to mention it. As far as walls being thin…. Not the case. We have sound insulation in the walls that separate the rooms. It was an expense we took on after our designer/engineer assured us it wasn’t necessary & “no one does it”. I’m glad we
did. Especially now. It’s possible you were next door to someone (like me) that was hard of hearing. The toilet paper holder ejects toilet paper? This is something I’ve yet to experience. stay because the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I always felt safe because the place was well lit outside at night. Plus the hot breakfast was very good because of all of choices. I even slept 11 hours straight because of how quiet it was. I will definitely go back and highly recommend everyone to stay here. & service We had an incident that the front desk assigned our room to someone else and when we were coming in for the night the people were in the process of opening our door to our room. We went up to the front desk along with the people and told them about the mistake but we upset that the hotel staff would make a mistake like that and we were lucky that we were coming in the same time as the new people or they would of been in

Our hotel is located on the same street as the Westlake City Hall & the public library. 2 months ago we were waiting for apartments further down the road to be bulldozed. They were destroyed in one of the 2 hurricanes. That property is now for sale. Asking price is $1,000,000 (ONE MILLION DOLLARS) Next door to hotel is completely remodeled restaurant, next to that is a bank, across the street is Popeyes fried chicken. I
