Range rover svr engine
Recently had my Range rover sport SVR breakdown on me land-rover tried charging me near £20000 decided to go with these guys and result was as promised. There was a few days delay in completion but overall amazing job done well pleased and saved a packet too. Highly recommended 👌

Brilliant customer service and work…
Brilliant customer service and work carried out on my super charged 5.0l SVR Land rover ranger rover sport. My car had an issue of over heating and could not figure out why it happened and destroyed the engine. The global engine's technician were brilliant at explaining the situation and sorted out my engine like it was brand new. It took them 10 working days from collecting the car to finishing it off. Also the regular updates were really amazing and these boys know what they are doing specially Adam Kahn the sales manager was brilliant at his job and helped me out sufficiently.

My 8 year old Discovery 4 suffered an…
My 8 year old Discovery 4 suffered an engine seizure, and after my local garage faffed around for weeks trying to source a replacement engine, we discovered Global Engines and had the car transported from Devon to their garage in Essex. After just over a week the car was ready to collect.
I simply cannot recommend these guys enough. The value for money was amazing, the communication was great, and if anything the vehicle runs better now than it did before.

Couldn’t be more happier
The whole world is currently struggling with this Covid19 and I had an extra added stress when my Range Rover vogue decided to pack up. The garage arranged everything for me as I didn’t know where to even start with getting my car from the road side to repairing it. They done a terrific job and I cannot thank them enough. No matter how small or big is your problem they know very well how to troubleshoot a misery.

I’m over the moon with the level of…
I’m over the moon with the level of service provided by Global Engines. At the time I was almost 9 months pregnant and pulling my hair out about not having a working car for when my baby arrives within a matter of weeks. Global engines literally done everything for me from recovering my car to delivering my car back to my home after. They advised the works would normally take around 14 working days but due to my situation they pushed my car forward to make sure I had a car before my Little man arrived. The owner himself promised me a completion time of within 7 days and even gave me a baby gift for my child. Iv never know a garage like it I couldn’t thank Global Engines enough you deserve a reward.

Reconditioned engine for my Discovery
This company put a reconditioned engine into my Landrover Discovery and solved a huge problem for me, although the aircon gas is not replaced. Whilst their technical expertise is very good there are aspects of their service which should be noted. The interaction and response from their staff is very good but two things in my dealings with them let them down. The first is that the price quoted does not state whether VAT is included [it’s not, and the website will not allow access to their T&Cs] and the second is that they expect payment of the quoted figure in cash. I might add that walking through that part of London with £9,000 is very stressful. Finally I suspect that at least some of their reviews are written by themselves. The grammar [“we did fire up the engine and done the pressure testing”] they used in my WhatsApp exchanges with them is also seen in some reviews [“they done a terrific job”]. I am sure most of the reviews are genuine and I am grateful for what they did for me but they could improve their customer interface.

Paid for a reconditioned engine
Paid for a reconditioned engine 12miles down the road coolant light came on, had to fill it up.
Drove it home and did an oil and filter change the oil should’ve been clean and clear it was black and had original filter still in that’s when we noticed the engine hadn’t been touched the bolts weren’t touched the engine was dirty all they did was replace the crank [probably not even a new one] Within the 100miles of driving home the rear crank seal was leaking. Won’t answer emails

Engine Re-build
I had my Land Rover Discovery 4 SDV6 taken to Global Engines following engine failure. From my first conversation with Steve, I was confident that I would be in good hands - he even recommended a transportation company to transport it from Wiltshire to Barking. The service was prompt, and at the price quoted. It takes a bit of faith to send your car somewhere that you have never seen, but I was not disappointed. When I arrived to pick the car up, having been picked up at the local railway station by Tony, I knew I was at a "proper" workshop. The only thing I would have liked to have known, and this is not a gripe, only so I could have organised for it a bit sooner, is that they do not re-gas Air Conditioning on site. However, the system was, as promised, plumbed in and leak free when I got it re-gassed.
The engine runs really well, and has returned the car to its former glory!
Overall, many thanks to Steve, Jodey, and Tony for their excellent service, and for putting up with my questions!

Engine replacement on 2010 Audi
I had an engine replaced on a 2010 Audi Q7 and the car now has a new life. Steve who dealt with me was excellent and I can’t say how much I love the car. I get 42mpg and it’s been tested on 900 mile journeys to the alps at minus 10C and in France at 41C. Good communication throughout.

Now from the first time I made contact regards a new engine these guys were very helpful ‘ now I had a new engine fitted in my d3 they kept me Informed of progress and when I collected my d3 drover her home And it was faultless done a great job I would recommend these lads the engine is running like a Rolex faultless and I asked them To fit a new raidiator also which they did. This is what customer service should look like! After my Range Rover Sport engine packed up I spoke to Steve and agreed a price for an engine replacement [never having met him before]. He organised for the car to be picked up, and 10 days later I got a call that it was ready. Went and paid my dues [which was the price we agreed, no hidden extras!] And drove back in my car! Job done! No headaches, no hassle! This is how the auto industry should operate! Steve was not only pleasant but true to his word! I wish all my car repair experiences were like this.
