Good day everyone,
I am having this issue with my laptop [ HP ProBook], I can't remember/ see the model number anymore.
When I plugged in the charger, there is a white blinking light coming from the charging port.
- I did replace the battery but there's still can't fix the problem.
- I did replace the charger with another charger but still can't solve.
any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this problem??

if you still have the physical manual [ you find one online too], there should be troubleshooting section or if still under warranty contact HP.

Try this:
1. Power off laptop
2. Unplug AC adapter and Disconnect battery [if it has a removable battery]
3. Hold power button for 15 seconds
4. Re-plug Battery and AC adapter
5. Power up PC
Hopefully, your light should be amber.
Goodluck.

A common problem with HP laptops is a faulty power jack on them.
Hopefully yours is the plug in type as they are easier to change and don't require soldering skills.
