Muốn kết nối Teamviewer với máy khác, trước tiên bạn cần có thông tin ID và mật khẩu của họ thông qua các hình thức trao đổi cá nhân.
Bạn nhập ID của máy mà mình điều khiển [máy khách] vào Partner ID > giữ nguyên tùy chọn Remote control > bấm Connect > nhập mật khẩu.
Bạn chờ phản hồi khi máy khách chấp nhận kết nối. Khi thấy trạng thái Ready to connect [secure connection] là thành công. Sau đó, bạn sẽ thấy màn hình thiết bị máy khách và điều khiển trợ giúp họ.
Phía dưới góc phải màn hình, cung cấp một số chức năng để bạn và đối tác trò chuyện qua văn bản, video chat, gọi tiếng. Nếu không thấy, mở Computers & Contacts.
Kết nối Teamviewer giữa di động với di động
- Trên máy bạn [máy chủ]: Bạn cài đặt TeamViewer for Remote Control. Mở mục Kết nối, nhập ID máy khách. Bạn sẽ nhìn thấy màn hình thiết bị di động máy khác khi kết nối thành công. Bạn bấm vào nút mũi tên có nền đen bên dưới để thiết lập, mở bàn phím hay ngắt kết nối.
- Trên máy chia sẻ [máy khách]. Cài đặt TeamViewer QuickSupport để lấy ID. Sau đó, bạn bấm Cho phép đồng ý cho thiết bị máy chủ kết nối > bấm Bắt đầu ngay.
Lưu ý:
– Quá trình điều khiển yêu cầu cả hai thiết bị đều online và giữ trạng thái bật, không tắt màn hình.
– Bạn có thể gửi tập tin bằng kéo thả [File box] mà không cần thông qua File transfer, vẽ hình và lưu lại thành hình ảnh [Whiteboard].
– Còn kết nối và điều khiển di động từ máy tính, bạn xem trong đề mục thứ sáu.
– Còn kết nối và điều điều khiển máy tính từ di động, bạn xem tại đề mục thứ bảy và thứ tám.
