How to store chocolate?
In a cool, dry area out of the Australian sun below 20 degrees. Chocolate does not belong in the fridge either!
Please note if you leave it somewhere where it will have the chance to melt, it may result in your chocolate "blooming". Fat blooming is caused by melted chocolate, where the fat has separated from the rest of the ingredients. It then crystallises and forms a cloudy/white surface and an unenjoyable texture. Most people associate this as chocolate going "off" but it is the result of the item being incorrectly stored.

The cocoa industry has been running rampant to keep up with the high global demand for chocolate. In order to maintain the supply to meet our demand, it has made cost-cuts elsewhere; in this case at the expense of lives, communities, and the environment. This, so we can indulge our insatiable appetite for chocolate at a low, convenient price. It has caused child slavery, child labour, exploitation, deforestation, poisoning due to hazardous chemical use, to name a few.
We endeavour to source our chocolate from bean to bar producers who use cacao from farmers who aren’t caught up in conflict. This cuts out many middlemen, and increases the trade price the farmer and communities receive. If we drive the demand and support to directly source from these micro-community cacao growers, we hope it will eventually empower those trapped in the system, growing for the chocolate giants.
We know it’s just a small drop in the ocean of this deluded industry, but if everyone chose to only support ethically sourced ingredients, imagine where we’d be?

If your recipient’s address is outside of our delivery zone, please get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen! Delivery time is usually between 9-5pm. If you require the blooms to be

WHAT TIME WILL MY BLOOMS BE DELIVERED?
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?
We will try our best to leave the blooms at a safe and shady spot if no one’s home. If there isn’t a safe spot, the blooms will be taken back to our studio. We’ll give you a call to arrange redelivery! Please note additional redelivery fees will apply.
CAN I EDIT OR ADD TO AN ORDER?
If you wish to change anything on your order, please get in touch with your order number handy and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How it works
Place order
Choose your favourite bouquets, chocolates or candles you’d like to send. Add a gift note or delivery instructions if applicable. Once the order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Make sure all the information is correct, if not please contact us and we'll fix it for you.
Order tracking
Our florists will thoughtfully curate your flower bouquet on the day of delivery. You will be notified once your bouquet is ready and out for delivery. Please allow up to 2 hours for delivery.
Knock knock, you've got flowers!
We’ll send a confirmation text or email once it’s arrived on the doorstep. If no one's home we will place the bouquet in a safe spot. If you'd like to see a photo of the bouquet feel free to contact us or check out our Instagram for a daily update.
