After you beat Razor, Cross comes over and arrests all the blacklist racers. You are left with your BMW [the car you had at the beginning of the game] and every cop in Rockport after you. You must drive around town for 5 minutes straight [it doesn't seem like a long time but trust me, IT IS!] and make your way to the blocked off road. You know across the stadium all the construction? That's what I'm talking about. Construction is clear and you must jump the bridge. Congratulations, you just completed your career in Need For Speed: Most Wanted. IV--Extras Yes, you have completed the career mode of Need For Speed: Most Wanted, but you still have the Challenge Series. The Challenge Series is, well, a series of challenges you must complete in order to get a full 100% completion status of the GAME. It includes all of the stuff you had to do in career mode: all the 5 race types, [circuit, sprint, lap knockout, drag, and speedtrap], and police pursuits. Toru Sato [Japanese 佐藤徹] - better known as "Bull" - is one of the antagonists of Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

He drives a black Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren and prefers sprint racing.

Players first encounter Toru Sato when Razor demands that the player race against him. Toru is very easy to beat during this encounter as the first race against him takes place early in the game's career mode.

Toru Sato occupies the #2 position on the Blacklist just behind Razor.

At the end of the game, he is arrested alongside Razor as well as the other Blacklist racers by Mia Townsend, Cross and the Rockport Police Department whilst the player flees the scene.

If it weren't for Razor, Toru would still be hangin' around at the docks dreamin' of the Blacklist. This fool thinks he's got a sleeper, calls it reverse psychology. The only thing stock on his ride is the paint. Toru likes to keep his car mint so give him a bump when you can.

Events

Players will receive 180,000 bounty upon completing a pursuit milestone and 114,000 bounty for each speed camera. It is necessary to achieve eight race wins and accumulate a higher bounty than Bull to challenge him.
