What you need to do is:
- Press [Fn +F7] to turn on/off the display, which may vary model to model. Please check the user manual for sure.
- Ensure that your laptop has enough brightness to show display. Press [Fn + F6] keys to adjust brightness.

Method 1: Check the display
- Connect an external monitor to your laptop to test it is laptop display problem or not.
- To toggle between laptop display and external monitor press Fn + F8.
- If the external monitor has no response, ignore this method and try another method.
- If the display is OK on the external monitor, go to the ASUS official support site. Then, download the graphics driver and install it.
Method 2: Hard reset
- Remove all external devices such as USB mouse, internet cable, keyboard, HDMI, memory card, CD-ROM, etc.
- Plugin the AC adapter to directly charge the device.
- Then, remove the laptop battery.
- To force shut down, press and hold [until the power light is OFF] the power button for 20 seconds.
- Unplug the AC adapter.
- To reset CMOS, press and hold the power button at least 40 seconds.
- Re-install the battery and plug in the AC adapter.
- Then, restart your laptop.
Method 3: Re-install the RAM
- If method 1 and method 2 not work for you then, remove the RAM.
- After a few minutes re-install it.
- Check the RAM slot whether the RAM is seated properly.
